A man led troopers and police on a chase after two states of crime. The man had a rifle on him before being killed by US Marshalls. The event took place in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. One person who was shot is listed in severly critical care at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. A standbyer named Jesse Dunda heard all the commotion around him. The shooters name was released as Vaughn Perkins. The suspects car was caught on a surveillance camera. The shooter was also wanted in Philadelphia.
